Located on the southwest tip of MacArthur Park, this little piece of public art is composed of several rusted ocean buoys grouped around an eighteen foot tall rusted metal column which is topped with a modernish and purposely broken three-faced clock.

This sculpture was installed in 1987 and is dedicated by the artist to the men that used to play chess in MacArthur Park.
