Street photography is a type of documentary photography that features subjects in candid situations within public places such as streets, parks, beaches, malls, political conventions and other settings. In this gallery you will see images captured in March 2012 at the Downtown Los Angeles Art Walk, an event on the 2nd Thursday of each month.
Think of this as a giant street party with thousands of people walking, talking, watching and listening to buskers, bands, and performers with various talents. Galleries are open, venders sell custom made soap, jewelry, clothing, and everything else you never knew you wanted. There is also a full variety of bars, restaurants, and food trucks!
